To strengthen a fantastic team active within publishing, our customer is looking for a Supervisor Pre Printing. This is new created position as a result of their sustained growth.

Functieomschrijving

• You coordinate the operations of the Print Preparation and supervise a semi-autonomous team of 15 FTE’s.
• You organize and optimize working methods, and are responsible for the development, guidance, and communication of the workflow.
• You implement automation where necessary.
• You are familiar with tools such as InDesign, XMPie, WordPress, Apogee, and CTP.
• You oversee the system management of all Print installations, in collaboration with the administrator of our ERP system.
• You work closely with the Team Leaders of Printing and PostPrinting.
• You report to the Production Manager.

Vereiste ervaring

• You hold a degree in a the area of Graphics,  Printmedia, IT, Hardware…
• Team Coordination or Project management experience
• Technical and IT innovations within the area of Graphics and Printing spark your curiosity.
• You are methodical, structured, and customer-oriented.
• Team spirit is very important to you.
• You communicate fluently in both Dutch and French.
