This company is providing high-end IT services & solutions to support the IT technical environement and the Digital Tranformation of their clients. 

To support their further grow they are looking for a Cloud architect.

Functieomschrijving

You’re in a technical leadership role, uniting and guiding stakeholders from clients, governance, and project executives to delivery. You’ll be there from the start of a project — understanding what’s needed and figuring out the best technical solution. And you’ll be there at the finish, delivering the right product on time and within budget.

This is a technical leadership role, hence we want you to bring your vision, knowledge, and leadership to each project.

To the client, you’re the subject matter expert – consulting early, gathering inputs, understanding what they need from our solution.

You design the best solution for the job.

And finally, you’re the tech leader for implementation.

 

Vereiste ervaring

• Experience working on large enterprise companies
• The cloud architect should be able to discuss with the enterprise architect on the overall cloud design interpret the requirements of the business application teams
• Be able to explain and defend decisions in the cloud design in front of an architectural board
• Proven track record of building high level cloud architectural designs
• Strong Technology experience: Cloud, virtualizations infrastructure, process improvements, ...
• Solid understanding of at least one of the Hyperscalers (Azure/AWS/Google)
• Understanding of Systems and Solutions Architecture
• Understanding / experience with Infrastructure Services (IaaS, PaaS) 
• Understanding/ experience with Container services, Kubernetes, Data services (Databases, Data warehouses …), Security and analytical services , Networking services

• Higher education in computer science  & information technology
• Cloud certifications are assets
• Languages skills: English, Dutch and French!
• Client satisfaction focused, you can build strong & trusted relationships with customers
• You have strong analytical skills
• You have strong communication and presentation skills
