As a Prevention and Safety Advisor for the Brussels Area, you will join our clients team that promotes on-site well-being and safety, supports companies and their workers with career and skills management, and guides young people and job seekers towards sustainable employment.
- Your role focuses on safety and well-being:
- Support companies in their dynamic prevention policies.
- Provide tailored advice and guidance.
- Collaborate on targeted awareness campaigns addressing specific themes.
- Your work area covers the Brussels-Capital Region, with the regional office located in the center of Brussels.
Job description
- Visit companies to provide Prevention and Safety advice.
- Encourage sustainable, healthy, and safe working practices.
- Contribute to the development of products, services, and projects related to Prevention and Safety.
- Occasionally conduct information sessions.
- Ensure client-oriented communication.
Required experience
- Hold at least an additional training certificate for level 2 prevention advisors.
- Have at least ten years of experience as Prevention and Safety Advisor
- Communicate fluently in both French and Dutch, both orally and in writing.
- Are dynamic and creative.
- Can work independently.
- Possess strong social skills.
- Are flexible regarding working hours and mobility.
- Value quality and results orientation.
