As IT  Auditor & Process Specialist, you will be primarily responsible for defining, implementing and managing the Configuration Management processes. You will monitor and support the proper use of the Configuration Management Database and ensure the quality of the data it contains, so that it is recognised as the ‘single source of truth’ for IT assets.

You will also be responsible for the continuous improvement of the processes concerned by identifying areas for improvement and/or corrective measures that can be implemented and then managing their implementation in the IT Service Management tool (Omnitracker). 

You are the guardian of IT procedures and quality within the IT department.

Description du poste

• Maintaining the structure of the Configuration management database. 
• Checking and measuring the quality
• Proposing and supporting changes as part of the continuous improvement of processes, in consultation with process managers and process owners.
• As Application Owner of the ITSM tool, studying these changes with a view to implementing them in the Omnitracker tool, then checking and validating the implementation.
• Hold on regular base consultation with the architects and the head of infra & security to validate the quality.

Expérience requise

• You have experience as IT process professional, test professional, IT Auditor.... 
• You have strong knowledge and expertise with information systems management processes (preferably ITIL).
• Certification of ITIL and/or COBIT are strong assets.
• You have experience in implementing and managing IT Service Management processes and you strive to implement robust and resilient solutions.
• Continuous process improvement is part of your DNA.
• Expertise with Omnitracker is a strong asset. 
• You are familiar with the technical basics of project management (SDLC / PMLC).
• You have solid organisational and coordination skills.
• You hold a bachelor degree, master or engineering degree .
• You are fluent in Dutch and/ or French and have knowledge of technical English
