  • Retention management

  • Follow-up Salary and Fleet policy
  • Lead and organize party's, events and sport committee.

  • Work close with CEO to create new ideas to impact the quality of life of colleagues and the growth of the company in the EU.

Required experience

Your drive for excellence is matched by your:

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, knowledge of French is a major asset
  • Experience of a few years within HR ( if you do not master all topics within HR that's fine, but their must be a strong motivation to learn the missing skills).
  • You’re passionate about people and personal development.
  • Optimism and Positivity is what you breath everyday
  • You can translate your passion for people into actual business results
  • Communication master but also a listening expert
  • Ambition, strong solution mindset and a winners mentality is your personnality

  • Holder of a Driver licence B
