We respect and protect your privacy and consider it important that you feel comfortable using our website. We therefore want to inform you open and transparent about the use of your personal data.

1. Why this privacy statement?

Through this privacy statement we give you an insight into what information we have collected about you. As soon as you register as a candidate on our website or you use our services, you will inevitably share personal information with us. Think for example: name, municipality, email, mobile number, CV ... You can change this information at any time, enter a new place of residence, mobile number, recharge a new CV, ... Through this personal data we obviously have the possibility to identify you as a natural person. We promise that we will only collect and use your personal data within the legal limits in accordance with AVG (Regulation 2016/679).

2. Who will process your personal details?

2.1. The controller

Compusearch is what GDPR defines as the 'controller' of your data. This means that we determine which personal data is collected, for which purposes we collect these personal data and with what means we will process these personal data.

2.2. Processor (s)

As controller we are free to call upon so-called 'data processors'.

A processor is a natural person or legal entity that processes personal data on request from or on behalf of the controller. The processor always acts according to the instructions of the controller.

Compusearch uses the following categories of processors:
• Companies / organizations that we have enabled for hosting purposes;
• Companies / organizations that we have engaged for security purposes;

All processors listed above are obliged - under the GDPR - to ensure the security and confidentiality of your personal data. A processing agreement has been concluded with all our processors.

3. What data do we collect?

We will only process the personal data that we really need to achieve the objectives for which we process them. This is finding a suitable function for you and give you a personal user experience when you visit our website.. We process the following categories of personal data:
• Personal identification data (name, first name, place of residence, ...);
• Contact details (e-mail address, mobile number, ...);
• CV

We collect this personal information when you register on our website or when you use our services in connection with a job search.

In addition, we use cookies to recognize the visitor of our website, to offer a personal user experience, to remember technical choices (e.g. language) and to detect and correct any errors on our website.

4. Why do we need your personal data?

We collect your personal data in the first instance in order to propose a suitable position.

6. Retention period for personal data?

We keep your personal data as long as necessary to achieve the objectives set out in article 3. We will remove your personal data from our database as soon as we no longer need them to achieve these goals or if you validly exercise the right to delete your personal data. This can be done by sending an email to delete@compusearch.be

7. What are your rights?

7.1 Guarantee of a lawful and safe processing

Your personal data are always processed for legitimate purposes, as set out in article 3. They are collected and processed in an appropriate, relevant and proportional manner, and are not kept longer than necessary to achieve these goals.

7.2 Right of inspection

If you prove your identity (e.g. by a copy of your identity card), we will be happy to inform you about which personal data we keep about you and what we do with that information. This right of inspection is free of charge.

7.3 Right to removal

You always have the right remove your personal data from Compusearch. This can be done by sending an email to delete@compusearch.be

7.4 Right to correction

If the information we have about you is not correct or incomplete, we can always correct this on your request. You can also do this yourself by logging in with your login and password.

7.5 Right to object

You have the right to oppose the processing of your personal data at any time. We will then no longer store and/or process your personal data.

7.6 Right to withdraw your consent

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by sending a simple email to delete@compusearch.be
