To further strengthen its presence in Belgium, this internationally operating technology services organization is looking for a Senior Consulting Executive with strong expertise in the Financial domain ( banking & insurances in Belgium). This company works at the heart of complex digital ecosystems, enabling transformation across operations, platforms and applications. They supports large enterprises in designing, operating and evolving business-critical IT landscapes.

As a senior leader, you will operate at the intersection of business strategy and technology transformation. You will engage with executive leadership at major accounts, shape large-scale transformation programs and guide multidisciplinary teams through complex consulting engagements.

You will be a visible and trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, helping clients define and execute change initiatives that impact their entire organization and partner ecosystem. In parallel, you will play a key role in growing the consulting practice through commercial leadership, talent development and thought leadership.

Description du poste

• Drive sustainable and profitable growth through new engagements, contract signings and revenue generation
• Identify, develop and convert strategic business opportunities within existing and new accounts
• Define engagement scope, delivery models and commercial terms while managing risk and margin
• Build long-term relationships with executive and C-suite stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor
• Lead executive-level client interactions and oversee high-impact consulting engagements
• Provide strategic guidance on complex transformation initiatives across business and IT domains
• Ensure delivery excellence, client satisfaction and high-performing project teams
• Expand client relationships and contribute to new market opportunities
• Design and supervise large, complex engagements with multiple stakeholders
• Coach, mentor and develop senior consultants and future leaders
• Contribute to strategic initiatives, intellectual capital and industry thought leadership

Expérience requise

• Extensive experience managing senior client relationships at executive or board level
• Proven ability to develop and monetize long-term partnerships with top-level decision-makers in the Belgian Financial domain
• Strong track record in leading complex, multi-disciplinary programs in consulting or similar environments
• 10+ years of experience supporting or leading high-value business development initiatives
• Solid understanding of financial institutions and technology landscapes in Belgium
• Established professional credibility and visibility within the market
• Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and organizational change
• Fluency in French and/or Dutch and English
