They are looking for an experienced Security Analyst to support its internal Security Department. The ideal candidate will have relevant expertise and be ready to contribute immediately.
Job description
- Identify and manage information security incidents.
- Assist clients in resolving information security issues.
- Provide support during large-scale information security incidents and crises.
- Create detailed incident reports and update stakeholders and the Security Manager.
- Collaborate with the IT Service Management Department on critical incidents and crises.
- Escalate risks, incidents, and security problems according to defined processes.
- Advise other departments units on vulnerabilities in IT systems and networks.
- Validate and advise on information security aspects of internal projects, in line with the project methodology.
- Stay updated on relevant technologies and inform the team about security aspects.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and advise the Security Team Manager on security matters.
Required experience
Qualifications:
- A university degree, preferably relevant to the role.
- Fluent in French with good knowledge of English.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in information security.
- Passion for and expertise in information security.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Linux, Docker, and Windows systems.
- Strong knowledge of protocols and technologies: TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL/TLS, PKI, SMTP, POP, IMAP, DNS, LDAP, Kerberos, Radius, and VPN.
- Familiarity with log analysis, SIEM, NetFlow, etc.
- Understanding of project management and problem analysis.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of both national languages and English (written and spoken).
- Experience with security audits and risk management.
- Certifications like CISSP, CISM, or CISA.
- Experience in similar roles within an ISP or operational ICT environment.
- Familiarity with the ISO 27001 standard.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python, PHP, and JavaScript.
