Our client is looking for a Functional Analyst to implement and support Salesforce Field Service Lightning.

Functieomschrijving

• You build functional and field expertise in the various domain applications, such as SAP PM, Microsoft Project Server and Salesforce Field Service Lightning, .
• You intervene in the management of applications by analysing the business needs, identifying the solution and estimating the costs.
• You are responsible for following up the development cycle: requirements analysis and functional analysis, using BPMN, UML and Enterprise Architect.
• You evaluate the technical solutions of the development teams and check the deliverables.
• You are responsible for the various testing phases and are involved in implementation.
• You maintain reference documentation. You act as a functional reference point within your domain.
• You provide problem management support and, as second line, incident support.

Vereiste ervaring

• You hold a master or bachelor degree in a scientific direction (engineering, computer sciences, etc.).
• You have relevant experience as a functional analyst
• You are interested in mobile technologies, digitalisation of information and process improvement.
• You have experience with Salesforce.
• Experience implementing Workforce Management Solutions (work management solutions), such as SAP PM, Microsoft Project Server, Salesforce Field Service Lightning, is a plus.
• You are familiar with BPMN, UML and testing methodologies.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Architect and JIRA is a plus.
• You have excellent skills Dutch or French and knowledge of the other language. You master technical English within your area of expertise.
• Core competencies: learning ability, analytical ability, customer and result orientation, conscientiousness, precision and communication ability.
