As Teamleader Development, you will lead, guide and motivate a team of 7. In collaboration with them, you will transform the strategic goals into solutions that contribute to the roadmap. Together, you will create the future application landscape of the company.

As Teamleader, you will contribute to shaping the ideal Enterprise Architecture.

Description du poste

As a Teamleader, you will contribute to the development of the company's future application and information systems with a focus on guiding B2B initiatives.

In addition, you will be responsible for:

• the people management of your team of 7 ;
• the long-term vision on modernising and structuring applications, taking into account the impact on the organisation and market evolutions;
• the complete architecture for a series of initiatives, which you discuss with external and internal involved parties up to C-level.

Expérience requise

• You are a powerful people leader who promotes the development of his/her team members;
• You possesses extensive technical expertise, with an emphasis on applications, methodologies,  ...;
• Remains eager to learn in a constantly changing and challenging setting;
• Relevant experience as solutions architect, teamleader, SDLC...
• Strong communications skills , can build bridges between the different departments, and can explain complex topics easily .
• English and preferably also Dutch.
• Used to work in a Agile environment.
