Our client is a fast growing player in the healthcare industry in Belgium.

For their office in the region of Wavre they are looking for a Manager for their Java Development Team.

Description du poste

As a Manager Java Development Team you will be responsible for managing and participating in project development and by combining technical responsibilities of a lead developer with those of a team manager.

• You recruit, train and mentor a team of talented developers.
• You guide the development team in the design, implementation and maintenance of high-quality software solutions.
• You develop project development plans in partnership with both internal and external stakeholders.
• You work together with the project team to ensure consistency and success of initiatives.
• You stay informed about technological trends.
• You maintain an innovative and competitive approach.

Expérience requise

• proven experience in team management, including recruitment and talent development
• excellent experience in software development, with expertise in Java, Spring, and React
• good understanding of best practices in software development and agile methodologies
• excellent communication and leadership skills
• bilingual English/French
