Job description

Your mission will be to keep our customer's technical installations up and running, with +300 facilities all over Belgium, from Arlon to De Panne, in every Belgian province. You will be responsible for some provinces.

At this moment several positions available in Flanders and Wallonia, and in the Brussels region.

• You will install, maintain and resolve any problem with our customer's electronic equipment;
• You will configure and update network connections and resolve any issue;
• You will follow up on reports in accordance with the Service Level Agreement;
• When installing a new facility, you will be responsible for installing UTP, coaxial, BNC and audio cables;
• You will install and configure IP cameras, new terminals, TV and satellite decoder installations, and install technical racks;
• You will carry out repairs to equipment and parts, if necessary you will travel to our customer's workshop near Brussels.

Required experience

• You have a degree in Electronics or Electromechanics, or you’re equivalent through relevant professional experience;
• You have experience with the installation and configuration of PCs and assembly of connectors and UTP/Coax cabling;
• You have good active knowledge of IT tools: Office, OneDrive, Outlook, TeamViewer, VNC;
• You have good technical knowledge of IT networks;
• You are autonomous, responsible, reliable, meticulous and stress-resistant. You respect procedures, you are customer-oriented, and you have highly developed analytical skills;
• You have a driving license B;
• You are available and willing to travel to Brussels for a job interview at least 2 different times;
• You’re fluent in Dutch and/or French.
