Compusearch respects the rights of our applicants.

We do not ask any compensation from the applicant.

We operate in an objective, respectful and non-discriminatory manner.

We make no distinction based on grounds of disability, health status or sexual orientation, unless this is legally required or permitted.

We comply with the legislation relating to the equal treatment of men and women with regards to working conditions, access to employment, vocational training and promotion opportunities.

We respect the personal privacy of the applicant. At your request, after the termination of the assignment, you can request to view your personal file.

We only use the information of the employer-client and the applicant in the context of our mediation activities.

You will always receive correct information from us regarding the nature of the employment, the correct job content and the procedure to be followed.

Our personality studies and psychological tests are under the supervision of a psychologist.

We select candidates but leave the final decision to the employer.

As an applicant you are free to also address other search agencies.
